Returning Orders to Aves Labs
Due to the sensitivity of our products, we are not able to accept all returns. Our commitment to product quality and performance prevents us from reselling returned goods. Please contact us at 1-877-AvesInc (283-7462) to request a return authorization before attempting to return product(s).

Please note, our policy does not allow us to accept return of product due to purchasing error.

Once a return authorization has been issued, follow these simple directions:
  • Fill out the Return Form on the back of the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
  • Pack your return with the completed form and send it to Aves Labs at:

  • IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Aves Labs will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
  • Exchanges and refunds will be subject to determination.
  • Aves Labs will honor all shipping and handling charges on returned items, subject to determination.

    Refund information for Aves Labs
  • We strive to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, balance will first be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged, and then to the purchase order.
  • Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
