Anti-HA Epitope Tag Antibody
Chicken anti-HA (influenza hemaglutinin) epitope tag antibodies, 1.0 ml, 0.1 mg/ml. Recommended dilution: 1:5000 Western blot, 1:500 Immunohistochemistry.
Anti-HA (influenza hemagglutinin) polyclonal antibodies were generated in chickens against a synthetic peptide containing the influenza hemaglutinin epitope (YPYDVPDYA) conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH). This is the same epitope as recognized by the HA.11 mouse monoclonal antibody. Eggs were collected from hyperimmunized hens, and the IgY fraction was isolated using a proprietary method. Epitope-specific antibodies were affinity purified over a peptide column, dialyzed against PBS, and the concentration was adjusted to 0.1 mg/ml. Sodium azide was added to a concentration of 0.02% (w/v), and 1.0 ml aliquots prepared.
