Anti-Beta-Tubulin 3 Antibody
Three different antipeptide antibodies were generated in chickens against sequences shared between the rat (AAM28438) and human (AAL28094) gene products. Antibodies were affinity-purified and mixed in equal concentration. These antibodies have been validated with human, mouse and rat tissues.
Immunostaining of paraformaldehyde-fixed (4%) neonatal mouse brain cultures showing β-Tubulin 3 immunostaining (green, 1:1000). Red staining is rabbit-anti-GFAP, blue is DAPI nuclear counterstain.
