Secondary Antibodies
Since chicken IgY molecules are quite different from mammalian IgG’s, our secondary antibodies don’t cross react with primary antibodies made in rabbits, mice, or any other mammalian host tested. This makes it simple to performed double immunostaining. Made in goats, our secondary antibodies (fluorescein, HRP, biotin and agarose conjugates) can be used in western blots, immunohistochemistry & immunocytochemistry, and immunoprecipitation applications.
