Shipping and Storage Information

Items are shipped via Federal Express Priority overnight service for both U.S. and International orders. Any applicable taxes on international orders will be charged to the recipient. Please carefully read and adhere to the handling, storage, and expiration instructions included with your order. Items that must be kept refrigerated will be shipped with gel refrigerant packs and the charge for this is included in your shipping and handling charge. Shipments made on dry ice, however, are subject to a minimum $50 surcharge. To maintain the integrity of frozen and refrigerated items, we ship Monday through Thursday only. We encourage the re-use and recycling of packaging materials whenever possible.
