I already have a peptide. How much of it should I send?
We require at least 8-10 mg for conjugation to KLH. It is best if the peptides contain a terminal cysteine residue (preferably at the amino-terminus). If you want us to perform affinity purification, we require another 8-10 mg for conjugation to a matrix. However, we only perform affinity purification with peptides containing terminal cysteine residues.
