Returns
Aves Labs strives to provide high quality and reliable products. If for some reason a product does not perform to its assigned specifications, we encourage you to contact client service at 1-877- AvesInc (283-7462) or e-mail us. Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept all returns. Our commitment to product quality and performance prevents us from reselling returned goods. Please contact us to request a return authorization before attempting to return product(s). Please note, our policy does not allow us to accept return of product(s) due to purchasing error.
We strive to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, balance will first be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged, and then to the purchase order. Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
