Pack your return with the original packing slip and include a note letting us know why you’re returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number and send it to Aves Labs at:

- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Aves Labs will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Exchanges and refunds will be subject to determination by Aves Labs.
Refund information for Aves Labs
- We strive to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt.
- Refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, balance will first be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged, and then to the purchase order.
- Refunds will include product and tax amount only. We’ll also refund the original shipping cost and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
